My services
We have a two-hour minimum. There are no travel fees if mediation is scheduled in Brevard County. Fees for travel outside of that area will be negotiated on a case by case basis.
The total fee shall be divided equally between or among the parties unless otherwise agreed upon before or at the mediation. Invoices will be delivered at the conclusion of the mediation conference or emailed to each party’s attorney.
Scheduling
To ensure the greatest access to our services, we schedule mediations beginning at 9:30 am and 1:30 pm Monday through Friday.
Mediations are scheduled for three hours. If you will need more time, please let us know and we will schedule accordingly.
Mediations on Saturday are available upon request.
If mediation is canceled less than five (5) business days before the date of the scheduled conference, a two-hour fee will be charged.
Confirmation
After mediation is scheduled, please provide us with a copy of the Notice of Mediation by email: rbabbmediation@gmail.com
It is our policy to confirm mediations one week prior to the conference to ensure that it is still scheduled.
